FAQ

About the candles

What are your candles made of?

A soy wax blend, infused with essential oils and a phthalate-free fragrance blend. Each one is hand-sculpted and poured in small batches.

How long does a candle burn?

Each product page lists its burn time.

Are the sculpted candles meant to be lit, or just for display?

Both. They're designed to burn, but many customers keep them on display. If you do light one, the petals will melt as it burns — that's part of the experience.

How strong is the scent?

It varies by candle and fragrance — larger candles and stronger blends fill a room more. Choose Unscented for bedrooms, dining tables or scent-sensitive guests.

Which scent should I choose?

For relaxing: Calm & Uplifting or De-stress & Meditation. For energy: Uplift & Energy. For cozy evenings: Peace & Comfort. For work or study: Calm, Clarity & Focus.

Refills and reusable bowls

How do refills work?

When your candle burns down, remove any leftover wax, wipe the bowl clean and place a refill candle inside. Refill packs come in sets of 5 to 50.

Do refills fit any bowl?

Refills are sized for our own vessels.

Do you offer gift wrapping or gift notes?

Yes. We offer gift wrapping and can include a personal note — just let us know at checkout.

Shipping and returns

Orders ship within 3 business days and usually arrive in 5-7 business days.

Email us a photo within 14 days and we'll replace it. See our Refund policy.

Candle care

How do I burn my candle safely?

Place it on a stable, heat-resistant surface. Never leave it unattended, and keep it away from children, pets, drafts and anything flammable. Trim the wick to about 1/4 inch before each burn.
