RETURN/REFUND POLICY
We want you to love your purchase! If you’re not completely satisfied with your candle, you may return it within 14 days of delivery for a refund or exchange. The following conditions must be met to make a return:
Candles must be unused, unburned, and in their original packaging.
The wick must be untrimmed and the candle must show no signs of use.
All original labels and packaging must be intact.
Items must be returned within 14 days of the delivery date.
Non-Returnable Items: For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on:
Candles that have been burned or used.
Candles with damaged or removed packaging.
Sale or clearance items (unless defective).
How to Make a Return:
1. Contact us at Naturesdecor2023@gmail.com within 14 days of receiving your order
2. Include your order number and reason for return
3. We’ll provide you with return shipping instructions
4. Ship the item back in its original condition
5. Customers can submit return requests directly from their order status page.
Refunds: Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll process your refund within 5-7 business days. Refunds will
be issued to your original payment method. Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the
customer unless the item is defective or we made an error.
Damaged or Defective Items: If your candle arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately and submit
photos of the damage or defect. We’ll arrange for a replacement at no cost to you.
