OUR PRODUCTS AND WHO WE ARE
Natures Decor LLC are purveyors of products of indoor plants, candles, and wax sachets. We sell on Shopify, Amazon, Etsy, Facebook and in person. Location address: 5 Main St, Acton, MA 01720.

PAYMENT
We accept payment in the forms of American Express, Discover, Mastercard, and Visa credit cards and debit cards.
SHIPPING POLICY
Processing Time: Orders are typically processed and shipped within 3-5 business days (Monday-Friday, excluding
holidays).
Shipping Methods & Rates
We offer the following shipping options:
Purchases of less than $50 Standard Shipping (5-7 business days): Flat rate $12
Purchases above $50: Free shipping
Domestic Shipping: We currently ship to all addresses within the United States.
Packaging: Your candles will be carefully packaged with protective materials to ensure they arrive in perfect
condition.
Order Tracking: Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number via email so you can monitor your
delivery.
Shipping Delays: While we strive for timely delivery, please note that shipping carriers may experience delays
during peak seasons or due to weather conditions. We appreciate your patience and understanding.
Lost or Damaged Shipments: If your order arrives damaged or is missing in transit, please contact us at
Naturesdecor2023@gmail.com within 48 hours of the expected delivery date. We will work with you to resolve the issue promptly, either through a replacement or refund.
Address Accuracy: Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We cannot be responsible for orders
shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
CANDLE CARE & PRODUCT DISCLAIMER
At Natures Decor, each candle is hand-poured with care using quality ingredients. Due to the handmade nature of our products, slight variations in color, texture, frosting, botanical placement, or fragrance intensity may occur. These natural differences make every piece unique and are not considered defects.
For safe candle use, please follow these guidelines:
• Never leave a burning candle unattended
• Keep away from children and pets
• Burn candles on a heat-resistant surface
• Keep away from flammable objects and drafts
• Discontinue use when approximately 1/2 inch of wax remains
• Trim wick to 1/4 inch before each burn
Natural soy and coconut wax blends may occasionally develop frosting or uneven textures due to temperature changes. This is a normal characteristic of natural wax and does not affect candle performance or quality.
By purchasing and using our products, customers acknowledge responsibility for following proper candle safety practices. Natures Decor is not liable for misuse or failure to follow safety instructions.
RETURN/REFUND POLICY
We want you to love your purchase! If you’re not completely satisfied with your candle, you may return it within 14
days of delivery for a refund or exchange. The following conditions must be met to make a return:
Candles must be unused, unburned, and in their original packaging.
The wick must be untrimmed and the candle must show no signs of use.
All original labels and packaging must be intact.
Items must be returned within 14 days of the delivery date.
Non-Returnable Items: For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on:
Candles that have been burned or used.
Candles with damaged or removed packaging.
Sale or clearance items (unless defective).
How to Make a Return:
1. Contact us at Naturesdecor2023@gmail.com within 14 days of receiving your order
2. Include your order number and reason for return
3. We’ll provide you with return shipping instructions
4. Ship the item back in its original condition
5. Customers can submit return requests directly from their order status page.
Refunds: Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll process your refund within 5-7 business days. Refunds will
be issued to your original payment method. Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the
customer unless the item is defective or we made an error.
Damaged or Defective Items: If your candle arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately and submit
photos of the damage or defect. We’ll arrange for a replacement at no cost to you.

Provide context by explaining how you used the product, including measurements or specific scenarios. You are solely responsible for your content and all activities under your account. We are not responsible for user-generated content and reserve the right to remove any post, comment or video at our discretion. By tagging, posting, or submitting any content, you grant our company a perpetual, royalty-free, irrevocable, and fully sublicensable license to use, reproduce, modify, and publish your content on our website, social media, and marketing materials. Using our social media channels to engage in spam, unsolicited advertising, or for unlawful purposes is strictly prohibited.
