SHIPPING POLICY

Processing Time: Orders are typically processed and shipped within 3-5 business days (Monday-Friday, excluding

holidays). 

Shipping Methods & Rates

We offer the following shipping options:

Purchases of less than $50 Standard Shipping (5-7 business days): Flat rate $12

Purchases equal to or above $50: Free shipping

Domestic Shipping: We currently ship to all addresses within the United States.

Packaging: Your candles will be carefully packaged with protective materials to ensure they arrive in perfect

condition.

Order Tracking: Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number via email so you can monitor your

delivery.

Shipping Delays: While we strive for timely delivery, please note that shipping carriers may experience delays during peak seasons or due to weather conditions. We appreciate your patience and understanding.

Lost or Damaged Shipments: If your order arrives damaged or is missing in transit, please contact us at Naturesdecor2023@gmail.com within 48 hours of the expected delivery date. We will work with you to resolve the issue promptly, either through a replacement or refund.

Address Accuracy: Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We cannot be responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
